A better eatery in Municipio Rosarito

Rosarito dining choices are relatively ghastly unless you have an affinity for spicy Mexican cuisine and music (?) played too loudly. I do not particularly enjoy most local restaurant food for some reason. But Ruben's seems a little different. It has a good atmosphere (I like the patio) and the food is good, at least by my standards.
